ISKRA PARK

Iskra Park, designed by the famous architect studio SPEECH, consists of a complex architectural area in modern style with new apartments, an internal courtyard with areas for yoga, relax and a three levels underground car park. Velko was in charge to realize all the 3D and inclined facades, designed starting from a geometrical idea of an extended hexagon, while ST Facade Technology has developed all glazed balustrades, which follow the difficult lines of facades, the anti-fall arrest system for maintenance and cleaning of the building and all stainless steel panels ceiling with mirror finishing.
